  • Founder

    This is Marino Bottini, I have a background in political and social science and a long experience as a project manager and coordinator of culinary experiences and hospitality services. Right now, while managing my family Organic olive oil farm and partnering for cultural and social projects, my aim is to promote conscious consumption of ecological food. This is why I support social kitchens and kitchen gardens because I believe that we can promote healthy relationships and sustainable lifestyle through food..


  • Events Manager

    Aria Spinelli is a curator and scholar, unwillingly asking herself if art can bear social change. She looks for ways to describe how people engage and collectively imagine better worlds through artistic practice. Although she finds paths that take her far away from art and its institutions, she often ends up desiring to expand the field of art with her findings.
